A garden near Sorrento
The Amalfi Coast offers an incredible selection of wedding locations: you can choose to celebrate facing the sea, or high on the cliffs with a fabulous view of Vesuvius. Villa Sabrina is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and the food is another reason couples choose it. [TODO Adamo: the photo captions on the old site call this venue “Villa Silvana” – please confirm the correct name]
The morning
The day began quietly: the wedding dress hanging in the bride’s room, the details of the dress, and the bride with her niece. These are some of my favourite moments to photograph – calm, personal, and full of anticipation.

The ceremony took place at the villa, with a beautiful backdrop behind the couple. Then came the smiles, the flowers and the confetti, and the first walk together as a married couple.
Portraits and family
I love using this garden for portraits of the bride and groom, and we took some sweet, simple photos of the two of them in the garden. Just as important were the family moments: a mother and her daughter, a mother and her son, the groom with his brother, the grandparents, an aunt playing with her niece – and, of course, the big group photo.
Music and dinner
Later, musicians played for the guests, the tables were dressed for the banquet, and dinner began. That is what I try to capture on every wedding day: not only the big moments, but the atmosphere that makes a day feel like yours.
